Alex Dembitzer

Alex Dembitzer is a seasoned real estate developer, investor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a career spanning several decades. Born and raised in New York City, he graduated from New York University at the age of 19 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. By 23, he had embarked on his journey in real estate development and investment.
In 2010, Alex founded SkyREM, LLC, a private real estate company specializing in acquiring and enhancing underperforming properties across the United States. Under his leadership, SkyREM has developed a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, industrial, and government facilities.
Expanding his ventures into renewable energy, Alex established Sky Power, LLC, focusing on integrating renewable energy solutions into large-scale properties, transforming them into sustainable energy hubs.
Beyond his business endeavors, Alex is deeply committed to philanthropy. In 2007, he co-founded the Northern Charitable Foundation, Inc. together with his mother, Jacqueline Fried and his wife. The foundations’ focus is partnering with established organizations in the United States and Israel to address chronic illnesses by enhancing awareness, prevention, and access to medical guidance for people in need.
Alex is married to Rosa Dembitzer. Together, they have two children and two grandchildren.
